If you are an Electrician or Lineman there has never been a better time to enjoy the lifelong benefits of being a union member. As a union Journeyman Electrician or Lineman your benefits follow you anywhere in the country as long as you are working for a signatory contractor. Some of our  construction members have spent most of their careers at one contractor, so travel isn't always necessary, it is however an option, others have traveled the country. It is nice to know your benefits don't have to start all over if you do change contractors or your working in another state.  As a construction member or a member working for one of the REA's, Yellowstone or Grand Teton National Park  represented by Local 322 there is strength in numbers when it comes time to negotiate contracts.
